Womens’ Cooperatives

The backbone of Ayofa Essentials Ltd is our women shea cooperatives who work tirelessly to produce the best shea nuts and butters, baobab powder and oil, neem oils and African Black soap.

These women are empowered economically with the premium income they receive and are able to support their homes. 15 % of profits support the education of children of these amazing women.
We have started training some of the women how to make natural luxury soaps and more varieties of African Black soap to serve as a continuum of work when shea nuts and butters are not in season.
